This is one that was recently shared with me over Facebook and i cant wait to try it!
One gallon of milk a cup
Half of lemon juice or vinegar,
You will need a big pot a thermometer cheese cloth a big strainer and a pot to set the strainer in. first heat the milk up to 150 degrees turn off the heat and stir in the lemon juice or the vinegar cover and let it sit for 4 hours. while you are waiting put your strainer into the pot you will be using to catch the liquid from it. line the pot with 3 layers of cheese cloth. After the milk has been sitting for 4 hours scoop out all of the curds into the cheese cloth then gather the corners of the cheese cloth and tie then off. hang them up to drain over night.
The next day you can take the cheese down and add whatever you want to it, then you can form it wrap it up and put it in the fridge to chill. its good on crackers
