2 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp chilled fat drippings
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk, meat stock, or water
Prep Time: 15 minutes; Cook Time: 30 minutes
Sift salt together with all of your dry ingredients then cut with fat. This will
make your dough turn crumbly, and that’s what you want. Slowly add milk
or water to create a soft dough. Roll out and put on the pre-greased pan.
These could be used in soups or stews and should be cooked for thirty
minutes.
